Visualrecall (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent software studio that makes apps and experiments. These Terms apply to visualrecall.com and to purchases you make from us for any of our apps. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Our apps

Each app we publish has its own website and may have its own terms. Where an app’s terms differ from these, the app’s terms apply to that app. These Terms still apply to anything you buy from Visualrecall.

2. Payments

Payments for our apps are taken by Visualrecall, so our name is the one you’ll see on receipts and card statements. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we don’t see or store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

3. Refunds

All payments are final once made, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@visualrecall.com and we’ll look into it.

4. Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Please don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use.

5. Intellectual property

The names and logos of Visualrecall and its apps, and the content of this website, belong to us. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use them, except where an app’s own licence says otherwise.

6. Disclaimer

This website and our apps are provided “as is”. Some of our apps and experiments are early and may change, break, or be discontinued.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visualrecall and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our apps, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
