Visualrecall (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent software studio. This policy covers visualrecall.com and the payments we take for our apps. Each of our apps explains on its own website how it handles your data.

1. This website

visualrecall.com doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and it doesn’t ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

2. Payments

When you buy one of our apps, a third-party payment processor handles the payment. We receive what we need to provide and support your purchase, such as your name, email address, what you bought, and the payment status. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Emails

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. If you’ve bought from us, we may email you about your purchase, such as receipts or subscription changes.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run our business, such as our payment processors and email provider, or when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, support your purchases, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@visualrecall.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
